Invoked the first time the agent (or a fresh agent session) interacts with a project. The skill produces a structured onboarding cheat-sheet — a compact summary of how the project is laid out, how it builds, how it tests, what its history says, and where its most-changed and most-touched code lives. Downstream Aparigraha skills consume this sheet so they don't redo discovery on every task.
